Zora Duvall "The Red Ball", a framed oil on panel by Chicago-area artist Zora DuVall, who specialized in these thinly-painted sepia scenes of children with a veil-like effect, often holding a strongly-colored object like a red ball, in this case, two girls. Mid-20th c. Signed lower right and again on reverse. Bio and exhibition history of artist taped to reverse of panel. Framed. Size: 20" X 24, frame is 28.875" X 32.5". CONDITION: Fine, no wear or damage to panel. Slight soiling to linen fillet in frame.
