Austrian Provincial six-piece decorated dining suite, to includes: breakfront; tavern dining table; corner banquette; three chairs. Early 20th C; together by association, but from the same source, with two long display shelves & two pyrography plaques with inscriptions in German. [Provenance: by repute, part of the household furnishings of the Von Trapp family when they first occupied the Merion Station, PA home in the late 1930's before settling permanently in the United States, & later used in their Germantown (Philadelphia) home, from which this suite was acquired by the consignor.] buffetZ: 58 1/2" =h; 68" = w; 17" =d; banquette: 35 1/2" h; 21" =d; 77 1/4" =l (long end) CONDITION: Very good throughout; all pieces with sporadic areas of rubbing, scratches, & minor paint loss.
