From that point forward, The Mailroom will coordinate all collection, delivery and shipping arrangements, except for furniture. A one-time handling fee of $25 will be assessed per invoice. A daily storage charge of $5 per invoice per day of small items and or $5 per item per day on furniture which requires disassembly or 2 or more men to move will be charged commencing May 8th, 2020, assuming the shutdown orders are lifted

Local pick up for out state bidders: If items are pick up in person and you are out of state taxes will be applied to your final in-house invoice.
